How often should the aircon be deep cleaned and sanitized?

We recommend between 12 to 18 months.

How long does it take to see the results after pest control spray treatment?

Different pest control treatments tend to have different results. Hence their effects are different. It normally takes about 4 to 6 weeks to see the real result. The chemicals used, when sprayed starts to breakdown and has long time effect. When pests get in contact with the chemical it affects their nervous system and causes death. The other pests feed on them and hence also die.

Is it advisable to have regular pest control?

Yes. Every 12 months would be ideal to have the pest control done or when you see a infestation. The biggest problem in homes are cockroaches, spiders, and ants.

How safe is the pest management process regarding family and pest?

Even though the pest control sprays and chemicals are hard enough to terminate bugs and termites, they are not harmful to the living. Most of our products are extensively tested and approved by recognized safety authorities. This ensures that none of the house’s members and pets will be harmed in any way. However, for ensured safety, staying away from the treated home for at least 4 hours is always advised. Safety steps should always be taken to not come directly in contact with the chemical.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card, cash, or direct bank transfer. All credit card payments incur a 1.5% credit card fee.

In evident of a dispute, Clean Pro 4 U shall recover all costs from the customer.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation of any appointments must be at least 4 hours prior to the time of commencement.

A cancellation fee of $55.00 shall be charged.

Terms and Conditions-Air Conditioner Cleaning

Clean Pro 4 U is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or conditions that cannot be seen upon visual inspection.

The following is not included:

Faulty Remote Controls.
Faulty Circuit Boards in the Evaporator/Condenser
Worn Airflow Louver Motors
Brittle Louvers.
Worn air filters due to age or lack of Maintenance.
Air conditioner that is 10 years plus. It has a risk of failure or breakdown due to age; The customer accepts the risk that a breakdown/failure may happen and, in such event, Clean Pro 4 U shall not be liable.
Faulty electrical cables
Faulty circuit isolating switches.
Drainage pump failure or leaking where fitted post cleaning.
Any damage caused to property such as, furniture, walls, floor coverings, etc, whilst assisting in removal to enable access to work site.
Where Air conditioners are cleaned that have wall mounted televisions below the air conditioner, no liability will be accepted for any damage caused by condensate leaking, in any period post service.
Clean Pro 4 U recommends that no flat screen television or monitor be mounted on the wall directly under an air conditioner.

Any warranty claims shall be lodged with 2 days of completion of the work. Clean Pro 4 U shall not be liable for any claims after this. In the event of a customer complaint, the customer shall give Clean Pro 4 U the opportunity to rectify all work. Clean Pro 4 U shall deny any claims if any rectification is done by the customer or any outside person/contractor.

12-Month Warranty- Mould Free

The indoor Evaporator Coils have a mould free warranty for a minimum period of 12 months on Deep Clean Premium from the Date of Service. Customers must retain their Tax Invoice as proof of purchase to honour any warranty claim.

The following conditions apply:

This warranty will be voided if the warranted equipment is serviced or cleaned by any contractor.
Normal contamination and dirt build up on other parts of the air conditioner are excluded.
This guarantee is transferrable.
Where a claim has been received, we will inspect the unit reclean it. If further diagnosis is required such as lab tests to confirm any non-biological type of mould, then the customer shall be liable for the testing costs.
The guarantee is valid for 12 months from the time of the service. All service must be paid in full.

Warranty Exclusions

The 12-month mould free warranty does not apply to air conditioners in kitchens, beauty salons, tattoo parlours, hairdressers, massage therapy rooms, manufacturing plants, food production areas or bakeries.

Odours

Clean Pro 4 U cannot guarantee against odours reoccurring.

In event of odour Clean Pro 4 U recommends having a Deep Clean Premium service.

Terms and Conditions for Pest Control

Pest Control Warranty

The chemicals we use will take up to 6 weeks to take effect. There may be increased number of pests after spray as the chemical forces the pest to come out of hiding spots. Once they absorb the chemical into their bodies and die.

We offer a 12-month warranty with certain limitations. We shall do a spot spray in event a customer files a claim. Proof must be provided, eg. pictures showing pest presence.

Ants

Under General Pest warranty, ants are not covered. However, if ants do come in touch with our chemicals, they will die.
